What information helps us investigate
Please include the page URL or name of the feature, what you were trying to do, what happened, and what you expected to happen. If relevant, tell us which browser, device, or assistive technology you were using. You may also share your name, email address, optional phone number, and preferred contact method so our team can follow up.
Do not include passwords, payment details, or other sensitive personal information in your report.
What happens next
Our support team will review the report, route it to the appropriate team, and use the contact information you provide to request clarification or share an update when possible. If one contact method is not accessible to you, please use either of the alternatives above.
