The Food Truck Series allows students to learn the ins-and-outs of running the famous ‘lunch-truck’ business model. Students will have to manage a series of important decisions; such as how much inventory to carry in stock; how to balance perishable products vs sales, how to target the right type of events, and more. In this simulation students will will rent a lunch truck and be responsible for making their business succeed over the course of 3 in-game months.
