Module 1: The Entrepreneurial Mindset
In this first module, you’ll explore what it really means to be an entrepreneur. Through a walkthrough of the mind behind an entrepreneur, and even a downloadable self-assessment, you’ll discover common traits, bust persistent myths, and begin cultivating the entrepreneurial mindset. You’ll meet the founder and take your first step toward applying your knowledge from scratch using our award-winning simulations.

Module 2: From Problems to Business Ideas
Great businesses don’t just sell products: they solve real problems. This module teaches you how to identify everyday challenges that could spark viable business ideas. You'll practice spotting opportunities, explore different types of business models, and begin shaping your own concept to then apply in the Startup Wars simulations!

Module 3: Building the Foundation
Learn how to start smart and stay lean. This module dives into building an MVP (Minimum Viable Product) and making your first key decisions. You’ll also play an interactive story of how companies pivot in real life!

Module 4: Marketing, Money, and Metrics
Here, you’ll learn how to attract customers and track what’s working. You’ll get a crash course in customer personas, digital marketing, and return on investment (ROI). You'll be prepared to launch your own marketing campaigns in the Startup Wars simulation series.

Module 5: Learn by Doing: The Other Side of Entrepreneurship
Real entrepreneurs learn through trial and error, and so will you! This final module focuses on reflection, decision-making, and growth. You’ll analyze what happens when plans go wrong and how to balance cash flow and morale. Then, as a bonus, you will be able to dive into our simulations to put everything you’ve learned into action and take your company to successs!
