What is UX Design?
The definition of UX design in a business is the process of designing digital products in a way that primarily focuses on ease of use. When designing a user interface enhancing the interaction between the user and the product is what it is all about. Apple Inc. is a prime example of what it means to have a great UX design in a company. Given their whole product design focuses on simplicity and aesthetics. We can see how much of a mecca Apple is in the technology industry.
Why is UX important?
UX design is key for a business’s success as it will increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. To have a good user interface design in your business means that you will provide all users with positive experiences with your product. Although all users are going to have a different experience with your product; There are some key things to keep in mind when designing your product. You need to get all the information possible from your users that you can. This means, talking to them, watching them use your product, and questioning yourself about the decisions they make. By allowing your users a great product experience you can change the world.
